Automated security checks support your review. They cannot guarantee a secure application.
No guarantee of security
Suhail provides automated security checks to support software quality assurance. A passing result or no findings does not mean your application is secure or guarantee protection against a breach or data loss. Review coverage, findings and proposed fixes before deployment. You remain responsible for securing and operating your application.
Selected scope and time
Checks cover only the selected files, configurations and routes at the recorded time. Findings may be missed or incorrectly flagged. Results do not certify compliance. Suhail is not insurance, a managed security service or a comprehensive penetration test.
Your responsibilities
Maintain appropriate access controls, backups, updates, monitoring and incident response. Review and test suggested changes before deploying them. Run application tests only on systems you are authorised to test, using dedicated accounts and synthetic data.
Rights and responsibilities
Using Suhail does not transfer responsibility for securing or operating your application to Dataloup. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
